Roof Coating is a multi-step process that requires multiple visits.
Any roof coating work that is being performed for your project is more than likely going to be done by our coating crew. This is a separate crew from our “steep slope” crews.
Our coating crews typically do anywhere from one to three stops per day at various homes.
Typically roofs are power washed in the morning, while roofs are still wet and unable to receive new coating. Later in the day when roofs are dryer, we focus on coating installation.
Because of this, we are able to provide with a window of arrival, but it is difficult to provide an exact time frame that our crew will arrive.
Roof Coating Work is usually performed in three phases:
- Wash – Typically a morning task, taking a few hours.
- Prep – Typically a mid day to afternoon task, taking up to a few days.
- Top Coat – Typically a mid day to afternoon task, taking up to a few days.
Note: If at any point during the day you would like an update on where they are at, you are able to reach out to our customer service representative and they are glad to provide you with an updated ETA.
