Am I able to change/cancel my proposal once I've signed it?

Any changes to your project proposal must be documented via a change order, and accepted by both parties.

To help ensure the quality and accuracy of the work being performed on your home, it is important to make sure your project is properly planned and documented. 

To avoid any confusion and mistakes potentially occurring, any changes to your proposal or scope of work, must be communicated through your CSM ahead of your project starting. 

The foreman assigned to your project has clear instructions for what is included and excluded on your project, and any changes to scope must be communicated through our office. 

Once you've accepted your project proposal, our team begins to work on all the necessary approvals and material purchases to start your project. At this point, the sale is final.
