MTA has a number of "sub-associations"!
This means that not only will you need an MTA permit, but you may also need a sub-association permit.
The link to the design permits includes additional resources for your sub-association as they are available.
We recommend reaching out to your sub-association's property manager for further clarification on the design rules that maybe currently present for your home.

If your home is in a sub-association, you may need a total of two permits.
